Our journey

Our journey? It started with firefighting. Literally. Years ago, our leadership team spent more time putting out delivery issues than growing the business. Despite good intentions, autonomy without structure led to chaos across teams and clients.

So we did the hard thing: we stopped pretending we were “agile” and actually became agile.
