The client’s app helps healthcare professionals analyze drug–supplement interactions, check for ingredient duplications, and ensure safe supplement use. It supports treatment reviews, evidence-based supplement recommendations, and interaction prevention—a comprehensive resource for modern pharmacotherapy.

Business challenge

The client’s app is a database with 10,000+ products and 50,000+ documented substance interactions. Their SaaS platform supported internal use but couldn’t integrate with external systems due to licensing and technical limits.

Pragmatic Coders were tasked with building an app to extract this data and push it to the cloud, making it accessible via a REST API.
